Since October of 1993, Rudy Bernard has been serving as a Technical Operations Advisor with DynCorp International LLC. In addition to general stateside business endeavors, since joining DynCorp International he has worked support, security and rule-of-law business development projects and service contracts on-site in the Middle East countries of Oman, Qatar, United Arabs Emirates, Jordan, and Iraq. In Africa his expertise in providing supporting services has been applied in Angola, Gabon, Kenya and Uganda. In Europe he has worked on DynCorp International projects in Kosovo, Bosnia, Croatia, Germany and Great Britain. Prior to joining DynCorp International he worked projects for General Dynamics and Brown & Root Services in Saudi Arabia in the aftermath of Operation Desert Storm and Brown & Root Services in Somalia in support of UN and US military forces stationed in that country.
Mr. Bernard completed his career in the Marine Corps in 1989 when he retired as a Colonel. At the time of his retirement he was serving as the Chief of Staff of the 2nd Force Service Support Group, an 8,500 person logistics command which was part of, and supported, the 50,000 person 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force.

Ty McCoy is a Senior Advisor to GATEKEEPER and focuses on aerospace, defense, intelligence, and security markets. He served at senior levels in the aerospace industry, assisting in the transition of defense technology to the private sector and assisting in the acquisition and sale of large companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Space Transportation Association of the USA, Vice Chairman of the Defense Forum Foundation, and Chairman of Washington Capital Partners, a seed stage venture capital firm. He serves on the Boards of several private sector companies. Prior to joining the private sector, he served as Acting Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (81-88). He has and does appear before Congress to testify on various matters and appears on national television as well as an expert and as a spokesman.
